Born in Switzerland in 1974 to an Italian mother and a Greek father, she lived there until 1981. She is a graduate of:

the Department of Italian Studies at the University of Perugia, and

the Department of Modern Languages (English/Spanish) and Literature at Marconi University in Rome.
She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, specializing in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language, from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico. In addition, she is certified in teaching foreign languages to children with learning difficulties.
She has worked as a language teacher in various Foreign Language Centres, and in 2001 founded the “Foreign Language Study Centre.”
