Born in Corfu in 1973, he lived in Stuttgart from 1981 to 1986. He was admitted first in rank to the Department of German Studies at the University of Athens and, in 2001, founded the Corfu German Language Centre. He holds a PhD in Geopolitics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
